The reason for the delay is that the drying process of the wood used in the products cannot keep up with the humidity caused by the recent heavy rainfall.
Normally, wooden products are processed after being thoroughly dried and carefully processed to prevent the wood from warping or cracking.
Due to the unexpected amount of rainfall around the time of shipment, the above processes could not be completed in time, and it will be difficult to deliver your order around mid-August.
We are doing our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible, so we ask that you please be patient.
Once again, we are very sorry for keeping everyone who was looking forward to this release waiting.

5. When the message "The shipping address has been updated" appears, the shipping address has been updated.
*If you change the shipping address just before the shipping process, the order may already be processed with the original shipping address, and we cannot guarantee that the address will be updated. If you are unsure, please let us know that you have changed the shipping address and include your order number via the inquiry form.

About Membership Registration
You can shop without registering as a member.
You can change it from My Page .
However, changing this address will not update the shipping address on any past orders.
If you wish to change the delivery address for an order, please check "Changing your order details" → "I would like to change the delivery address." on this page.
If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact us using the inquiry form . We will respond to your request in due course.
About logging in
You can log in using your registered email address and password from the login page .
Your registered email address and password will be the same for both your smartphone and computer, so you can log in.
About the product
Product prices may change without notice, but please note that we cannot accept price changes after purchase.

About your order
The ordering process is as follows:
1. Add the product to your shopping cart
Click [Add to Cart] or [Pre-order XXX] (XXX varies depending on the product) on the product page to add it to your shopping cart.
*Depending on the product, it may not be possible to purchase it immediately due to being out of stock, waiting for restocking, or being on backorder.
2. Check the contents of your shopping cart
You can change the order quantity or delete ordered items on the shopping cart screen.
If you would like to order other products as well, please continue to select the products.
3. Login/New Member Registration and Ordering
If you are already a member, please log in with your email address and password.
If you have not yet registered as a member, please fill in the required information in the [Delivery] and [Payment] sections.
Once you have decided on the items you want to order, click "Pay Now."
4. Order completion email
Once your order is complete, we will send you an email with the subject [Order Confirmation, Order Number: #XXXX] (where XXXX is your order number).
One of the following causes may be the cause:
■System error ⇒ Please try again after restarting your device.
■ Customers who have a significant number of refusals to receive deliveries, long absences, and cancellations
■Difficulty connecting to the line, etc.
If the problem persists, please contact us using the inquiry form .
If the item is still in stock when you add it to your cart and the stock is at 0 when you complete your order, you will not be able to purchase it.
Please note that inventory may be removed from your cart after a certain amount of time has passed or if your purchasing session is interrupted.
An order completion email will be sent automatically from the system.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
If you have not received the email there either, it may be because you have specified domain reception or your order may not have been completed, so please check the status of your order under "Order History" on your My Page.
If you are using spam filters and are not receiving emails from BONUQUE OFFICIAL ONLINE STORE, please unblock the "@bonuque.co.jp" domain.

If you receive two or more order confirmation emails, it is possible that your order has been mistakenly registered twice.

Changing your order
Changes may be possible if made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us using the inquiry form .
If you wish to change your order, we will first cancel your order and then place a new order. Therefore, it is possible that the item may be sold out during the reorder process.

If we are unable to manufacture the product due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, man-made accidents, etc.), we will contact you to cancel/change the order and take appropriate action.
The same applies if there is a shortage of stock due to a similar situation. Orders will be shipped in order of the earliest order received.
Payment Method
Please double check that you have entered the validity period and number correctly.
If there are any errors in the input of your credit card number, etc., your order will not be completed.
You will normally be billed the following month or the month after, but the date of withdrawal will vary depending on the credit card company, so please contact your credit card company directly for details.
If you pay by credit card, the statement issued by your card company can be used as a receipt.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport.
It is 660 yen (tax included), except Hokkaido and Kyushu, where it is 880 yen (tax included), and Okinawa, where it is 1,100 yen (tax included).
Estimated shipping times for pre-order items vary depending on the product, so please check the product page.
*If you have not received your item within 5 days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us using the inquiry form .

If you are not at home, Yamato Transport will send you a "delivery notice".
Please arrange your desired delivery date during the delivery period and receive your item.
If you are unable to contact the contact number provided on the "Notice of Absence" or if the address is incorrect, the package will be returned to our distribution center and treated as a refund.
In that case, we will refund the product price, but we will charge you the round-trip shipping costs.
If you would like to have your parcel redelivered, we are unable to do so, so we ask that you place a new order.

【Notes】
If you repeatedly refuse to accept deliveries or are absent for long periods of time for personal reasons, we may restrict your use of the service or be unable to accept your order, including for products that have not yet been shipped. Please be sure to accept your orders.
If you have not received your item by the estimated delivery date listed on the website, please contact us using the inquiry form .
When you receive the product, please open it immediately and make sure to check that there are no defects in the product and that there are no errors in your order.
If the product you received is the wrong one, we will exchange it for the correct product.
If there is no exchangeable stock, we will refund your money.
We will cover the shipping costs for the return. Please contact us via the inquiry form for the return procedure.
Returns and Exchanges
・We cannot accept cancellations of orders or returns or exchanges of products due to customer reasons after the product has arrived. Thank you for your understanding.
・We do not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased from anywhere other than the BONUQUE OFFICIAL ONLINE STORE.
・If a different product than the one you ordered or a defective product is delivered, we will exchange it, but only if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. (Please send it back within 14 days of receiving it, with postage paid by the customer.) However, please note that if there is no replacement stock, we may have to refund the purchase price.
・Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or refunds if we are unable to confirm that the product was purchased from the BONUQUE OFFICIAL ONLINE STORE.
・We will cover all shipping costs for returns, defective products, and incorrectly delivered products.
・For product returns and exchanges, please contact us using the inquiry form .
For credit card payments, after we process the refund, it may take 1-2 weeks depending on the credit card company. Please contact your credit card company for details.
Please note that if a refund error occurs, we may change it to a "bank account refund."

As the cause depends on the connection environment of the device you are using, it is difficult to provide detailed information on the cause.
If the error persists, please delete the cookies and cache from your browser, turn off your device, and then access the site again from the top of the page.
