FAQ
If you wish to change the delivery address for an order you have already placed, please follow the steps below.
A. Those who registered their email address when placing an order
1. Click the "View your order" button in the email with the subject "Confirm your order details, order number: #XXXX" (where XXXX is your order number) that has been sent to your registered email address.
2. Click the "Update shipping address" button on the page you are redirected to.
3. Update the applicable area and press the "Update shipping address" button
4. If a pop-up appears, press "continue"
5. When the message "The shipping address has been updated" appears, the shipping address update is complete.
B. Customers who registered only their phone number when placing an order
1. Click on the link in the SMS sent to your phone number: "Thank you for placing your order #XXXX from BONUQUE (https://bonuque.co.jp/abcdefghijklm)" (XXXX is your order number)
2. From this point on, follow the same procedure as A above.
*If you change the shipping address just before the shipping process, the order may already be processed with the original shipping address, and we cannot guarantee that the address will be updated. If you are unsure, please let us know that you have changed the shipping address and include your order number via the inquiry form .
We will ship your order within 7 days.
However, it may take longer before and after long holidays, during busy delivery periods, inclement weather or natural disasters, due to delivery company circumstances, or when we receive a large number of orders.
Please refer to the product page as the above may vary depending on the product.
Although this is only a guideline, the number of days from shipment to delivery by region is as follows:
- Chugoku and Shikoku regions: 2-3 days after shipping date
- Hokkaido and Kyushu regions: 2-4 days after shipping date
- Okinawa main island: 5 to 7 days after shipping date
- Remote islands: 7 to 10 days after shipping date
- Other than the above: 1-2 days after shipping date
It is possible that you have not received an email from BONUQUE. The possible reasons for this are as follows:
・Your email address was entered incorrectly
・It's in your spam folder
